Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit; please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping is non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Most items are shipped out on the day of purchase, depending on the time of transaction. As of March 17, 2021, please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order. Our processing times are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Items are usually delivered between 2 to 7 business days. This depends on the delivery method selected at checkout.
