Returns


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If an order is defective/damaged or incorrect—within 24 hours of arrival send an email to support@kinzyklatz.com. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged/defective items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been used. Your item must be in the original packaging. Due to health safety reasons we are not able to accept returns of eyelashes, eyelash growth serums, hand sanitizers or kits containing hand sanitizers (this includes keychains containing hand sanitizers), lip scrubs, lip oils, any lipgloss or kits containing lipgloss (this includes keychains that contains lipgloss) or lipsticks. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

All stun gun devices are final sale. Kinzy Klatz is not the manufacturer of any stun gun device listed on the website. We are only a reseller of these devices. We are unable to offer any warranties on such products. We do an initial test once stun guns arrive at our packing facility and a secondary check to ensure devices are operational before sending them out. We cannot accept any returns on these devices due to the high risk of customer’s misuse, or alteration which may affect re-sale of these items. 

Pepper sprays and items containing pepper spray are non-refundable. 

Kinzy Klatz is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Buyers are responsible to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you’ve entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately after the order is placed. If your package is returned to us, due to incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, you’ll only be refunded the product cost. Shipping is NOT refundable. If we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately and we will send you a return label. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit; please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping is non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
