If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit; please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping is non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our processing times are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Items are usually delivered between 2 to 7 business days. This depends on the delivery method selected at checkout.
